How come i feel light headed and really dizzy while running? - how do you beat the moisture indicator on a cell phone

Just a little more out there - Gatorade is the ideal drink to quench their thirst and electrolytes in it. thats potassium and sugar. healthy for the body are necessary. If you drink tons of water, less energy, because they both close. and sugar is very useful to the resistance, which helps blood flow more easily into the veins. actually expands the veins, which are part of a sugar. who knows how to get all hyper after the Mountain Dew? thats a sugar. Just plenty of Gatorade to change, but not quite, it's always a good dose of water every day with his Gatorade.
